- Refunded within 7 days after checkout and inspection.
- Costs for damages, negligence, or rule breaches will be deducted from deposit or charged directly.

- Treat the property as your own.
- Damage charges: up to NZD $350 after checkout (per policy).
- Report all damages or breakages immediately.
- Minor wear & tear: usually not charged (e.g. broken glass, scuffs).
- Significant damage, lost items, or misuse: charges may apply.
- Not permitted:
- Moving furniture without approval
- Unauthorized guests, parties, or events
- Guests are responsible for ensuring children/visitors follow rules.
